The 19th Shanghai International Film Festival to Open Its Box Office at 8:00 Am on June 4th

The 19th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) Organizing Committee announced today with its strategic partner Taopiaopiao that SIFF will be unveiled on June 11th and run through to 19th, and start selling tickets at 8:00 am on June 4th.

So far, SIFF has announced most of the movies to be presented in its sections of Oscar Film Panorama, Tribute to Masters, 4K Renovated Films, Classic 007 Films Screening and Jackie Chan Action Movie Week as well as the award-winning films in Venice Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival and Berlin Film Festival and new works of American, European, Korean and Japanese directors.

Fans have attached great importance to each and every SIFF. Movies will be showcased in 45 cinemas in Shanghai this year as well as in universities and communities. As the only official online ticketing platform, Taopiaopiao is fully occupied with the preparation for ticket sales.

After the opening of box office at 8:00 am on June 4th , tickets of films featured in cinemas can be purchased through Taopiaopiao and Alipay. Meanwhile tickets of movies showed in universities can also be bought through Taopiaopiao. This is the first time for Taopiaopiao to reach campus cinemas and deliver cultural services to students.
