Express Our Attitude Loudly

 

With the theme to excite the vision and spread the passion, The Second Shanghai University Student Television Festival will open at East China Normal University on June 9.  As part of the 15th Shanghai Television Festival, the three-day event will feature a series of programs to showcase the television dreams, talent and creativity of local college students. Winners will receive awards at the festival\'s closing ceremony on June 11. In addition, there are six Well-known colleges and universities associated to co-organize a university students\' own TV festival.

This University Student TV festival shows three characteristics compared with the first time.
 

Firstly, new and vigorous list. TV program selection through exhibition showing in the six well-know colleges and universities in Shanghai——the new activity this year, is aimed to let the college students choose their favorite on their own out of three types of programs  available in Shanghai——talk, culture topics and entertainment.
 

Secondly, new works comes out one after anther: DV works competition which has been decided as the tradition of the college TV festival. It encourages the students to record the current days. With the aim to think over the present problems, the students are directed to associate all kinds of important topics such as Sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the PRC, Expo, The tenth anniversary of Macao\'s return and create good short DV works that can display the social cultural fashion and show the spirit of today\'s college students. 
 

Thirdly, investigation of the TV attention of college students. With the theme that "I like watch film", investigation activity of TV attention of Shanghai college students is launched in 15 colleges and university of Shanghai to choose 3000 colleges students to do the face-to-face questionnaires. And this aims to comprehend the current situation of the TV attention in the groups of college students as well as its possible contained reasons, according to which an analysis will be done on the potentially psychological demands of TV media in the future social tendency.
