The STVF\'s First-Ever Visitor\'s Day: A Pageant for the Public
On 11th June 2009 the annual TV pageant-the 15th Shanghai TV Festival will be open to the public for the first time. On this Visitors\' Day, the public will be allowed to get a real feel for what the Shanghai TV Festival\'s International Film and TV Market is all about.
This year the Shanghai TV Festival\'s International Film and TV Market will be held in Shanghai Exhibition Centre. Visitors can gain entry by buying tickets, and they\'ll get to see some of the newest and greatest TV technology on set. Furthermore, they\'ll get the chance to interact with local comedians and hosts like Zhou Libo and Zhu Zhen in the show areas and catch a preview performance of High School Musical as the cast preps for its run in the Shanghai Grand Theatre this summer.
There will also be a special area set up for selling a wide range of products from different media brands hoping to promote their brand. Sesame Street, for example, will have its own booth, with “special guests” dropping by to give autographs.
