The 30th STVF Open for Media Registration

The 30th Shanghai TV Festival (STVF) is scheduled to take place from June 23 to June 27, 2025. The media registration channel opens on April 15 at www.stvf.com. The deadline is 24:00, June 18.

Since its inception in 1986, STVF has been adhering to its philosophy of being professional, international and people-benefiting. Constantly innovating the festival mechanism and improving the service level, it has now made itself one of the most important international TV exchange platforms in Asia.

This year marks a significant milestone - the 30th edition of STVF. Spanning five days, the festival will feature a variety of notable events, including the prestigious MAGNOLIA AWARDS FOR INTERNATIONAL TV PROGRAMS, OPENING CEREMONY, INTERNATIONAL TV SHOWCASE, STVFORUM, Magnolia Gala Night, MAGNOLIA AWARDS CEREMONY, as well as International Film & TV Market. These events will honor legacy while driving China's TV industry toward new missions and new horizons.

Application Steps

Media personnel applying to become the registered reporters for the 30th STVF, please visit www.stvf.com on your PC, enter the “Media Accreditation” section under “Registration & Submission”

Please fill in the registration application form accurately, and upload the supporting materials as required, including the standard ID photo taken within half a year, the information page of the press card issued and annually inspected by the national competent authority, and the letter of introduction issued and sealed by the unit. For website and new media covering and editing staff, please upload a photocopy of the ID card and the collective registration certificate issued by the unit, and indicate the name of website or new media.

Upon registration, please upload the link of recent reports on STVF or other television and online audiovisual fields, or send the link of relevant reports to press@stvf.com. The above links are not required, but they will be important reference factors when the organizing committee reviews media qualifications. The organizing committee reserves the right to approve or decline registration based on the submitted materials.

After the registration application is submitted, the organizing committee will check your relevant information. When your registration is approved, we will send a confirmation letter to your registered email address. The confirmation letter will explain how to use the electronic media certificate. Otherwise, no further email notification will be made.
